Opposed partial demolition of the Parrish Art Museum and new construction on historic Jobs Lane, Southampton, New York. The Parrish Art Museum is listed on the National Register of Historic Paces. Opposition terminated development plan and preserved the historic site intact.

2000:

Opposed development of the Hamlet Farm Fields of Bridgehampton urging acquisition and creation of heirloom farming site. Opposition terminated development plan, and permitted Town of Southampton acquisition of most of the site.

1998:

Opposed creation of a shopping center at the eastern gateway to the Hamlet of Bridgehampton. Opposition terminated the development plan, preserved a historic Temple Front Greek Revival House and generated acquisition by the Town of Southampton, and the creation of Revolutionary Park.

1990:

Shadmoor Subdivision Approval: Concluded a ten (10) review of a proposed subdivision of 100 acres. Approval generated a County acquisition of the property for a public parK.
